There is a wide range of Australian Government programs and services that can help you - from financial assistance while you study to finding an apprenticeship. Below are some of the programs and services available to Indigenous youth.

Indigenous Business Development Programme:

Talk to IBDP Economic Development Officers in Indigenous Coordination Centres around Australia.

Indigenous Youth Employment Consultants:

Ask your local Job Network member if there is an IYEC in your area.

Job Network:

To find your local Job Network member, go to your nearest Centrelink office or call 1802 102.

National Indigenous Cadetship Project:

Check out the NCIP website or call 1802 102.

Wage Assistance:

Read about Wage Assistance on the Australian Workplace website.
You can register for Wage Assistance at Centrelink.
