Code assessments online
Section 3.2 of the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry (Revised June 2006) states that businesses must be compliant at the time either an expression of interest or a tender for Australian Government funded construction activity is lodged.
The National Code Assessment Online Registration tool enables building industry participants tendering for Australian Government funded construction work to lodge their industrial instruments for assessment against the requirements of the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry (Revised June 2006). Once the online form is submitted, the assessment process may take approximately 10 days to complete.
If you have any problems using the online registration form please use the online help available on each page. Alternatively, you can call the National Code Hotline on 1300 731 293 and speak with an officer who will be able to help guide you through the process.
