Melissa - young increased confidence
Melissa*, a 21 year old, recently completed a degree in Arts and wants to be a photographer. Melissa says that these jobs are hard to come by.
When her Job Network consultant suggested she undertake ESP, Melissa agreed as she thought it could show her other avenues to her dream job.
Melissa’s Job Network consultant says that ESP “is a brilliant tool” and believes that “it is important for people to test their skills and learn a bit about themselves.”
Melissa found her Employability Skills Profile Report, which listed her strengths, very useful.
Melissa said that “it felt good”’ that ESP confirmed the skills she saw as her strengths. “It convinced me that what I wanted to do was right.”
Since completing ESP, Melissa has been successful in finding employment at a photographer’s laboratory. She attributes her success in part to ESP which increased her confidence.
Melissa’s advice to other job seekers?
“The ESP is a good thing to do.”
