IP Pack - Unable to undertake GEERS service

The Department appreciates that, for various reasons, not all IPs will be able to undertake the GEERS work. Where you are unable to do this, the Department asks that you:

  • Advise us as soon as possible.
  • Provide a list of the employees and details of where/how claim forms can be distributed.
