How to apply for Wage Assistance
Please note that before applying you will need the following information:
- Trading Name or registered name and address
- ABN
- Full bank details, including branch, BSB and account numbers.
- Details of a contact person for your business, including name, email and phone number.
- Number of employees currently employed by you, and the number currently receiving Wage Assistance.
- If you were assisted by a Job Network member, the name and address of that member.
- Details of the employee, including their date of birth, Centrelink job seeker ID and their previous occupation.
- The date they commenced their employment with you.
The employer should apply within 28 days of the person starting the job.
