Job Network Performance
The Job Network Star Ratings (PDF 599KB) for the two year period ending 30 June 2008 are now available.
Performance reviews:
The department will shortly begin performance reviews as required under the Employment Services Contract. As advised at the previous release, there will not be a business re-allocation process.
New Employment Services:
The June 2008 ratings are based on the existing performance management system. The Exposure Draft which was released on 1 August 2008, included an overview of an updated performance management framework. The new framework continues to be developed in consultation with the Expert Reference Group and further details of the new framework will be made available in the Request for Tender.
Providers should not be deterred from tendering for the delivery of the new employment services on the basis of poor Star Ratings alone. Star Ratings will be only one source of data considered in assessing past performance in the tender assessment process. In addressing selection criteria for the tender, tenderers will be invited to demonstrate their experience, expertise and achievements in delivering similar services to those required in Stream services and can use this opportunity to provide evidence of their past performance as an alternative to the Star Ratings.
