    Founded on the belief that good healthy (and tasty) food will lead to a healthy body, Nicholas Morris, a 22-year-old Indigenous NEIS participant, and his wife Yahvinah operate Soul Veg—a vegetarian catering business. In 2006, Nicholas was selected as one of six finalists for the $100 000 Nescafe Big Break competition. Nicholas won the runner-up prize of $15 000.
