Draft Code of Practice and Service Guarantees for new Employment Services
Feedback is sought on the
draft Code of Practice and Service Guarantees for the new Employment Services 2009-12. The Government is committed to ensuring the delivery of high quality employment services for job seekers and employers. To achieve this, employment service providers will be required to operate in accordance with the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct. As outlined in the Exposure Draft of the New Employment Services 2009-12 Purchasing Arrangements, any person with an interest in the delivery of employment services in Australia, including job seekers, current employment service providers, potential employment service providers and employers are invited to submit comments on the draft Code of Practice and Service Guarantees.
