Active Participation Model Evaluation

The Active Participation Model was introduced for the third Employment Services Contract in July 2003 as the overarching strategy for the delivery of employment services. Its objectves were to increase the effectiveness of Job Network in securing employment and other positive outcomes for job seekers and ensure that job seekers who remain unemployed are engaged in ongoing employment-focused activity and job search. The evaluation report examines the performance of Job Network under the Active Participation Model during the period July 2003 to June 2006.
