Welfare to Work Contact Model Evaluation

The Welfare to Work Contact Model commenced in 50 Centrelink sites in November 2006 and sought to increase the engagement of job seekers through a meaningful face-to-face contact with Centrelink each fortnight. The evaluation measures the impacts of the Contact Model for the period November 2006 to July 2007 using a net impact methodology.
