Release of the Exposure Draft
The Minister for Employment Participation, the Hon Brendan O’Connor MP, released the Exposure Draft of the new Disability Employment Services and Employer Incentives Scheme 2010-2012 Purchasing Arrangements on 20 May 2009.

Release of the Invitation to Treat Consultation Paper
Prior to issuing the Request for Tender for the New Disability Employment Services and Employer Incentives Scheme 2010-2012, the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) will conduct an Invitation to Treat (ITT) for Disability Employment Network Capped providers.
The ITT methodology can be found on the Disability Employment Services Review page and feedback relating specifically to the proposed ITT methodology should be sent to desreview@deewr.gov.au before the close of business on Wednesday, 3 June 2009.
