This Request for Tender (RFT) sought proposals from organisations to attract Key Recruitment Organisations (as defined in the Statement of Requirement in the RFT) to become ‘Active’ providers (as defined in the Job Placement Licence 2006-2009) and to actively support the take up and use of Job Placement Licences by organisations within the recruitment industry.
