Survey of Victorian Retailers Regarding the Victorian Shops Interim Award 2000
The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) commissioned Market Solutions to conduct a survey which aimed to obtain feedback from Victorian Retailers regarding the impact of the proposed Victorian shops interim award 2000 (‘the Union’s proposed award’) on labour utilisation and trading hours. The survey specifically aimed to obtain feedback from small retailers who have been logged by the Shop Distributive and Allied Employees’ Association (the Union) and are not a member of the employer associations representing their members on this issue.
