Child Care - Survey of Employers Recruitment Experiences - October 2008
This report contains the results of a telephone Survey of Employers’ Recruitment Experiences in the Child Care industry which was conducted in September and October 2008. The survey, examined three key occupations: Centre Directors, Qualified Child Care Workers and Unqualified Child Care Workers, and collected a range of information from employers including their most recent recruitment and retention experiences and future recruitment expectations.
