Job Seeker Experiences of Job Network Assistance
During June 2007 the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) conducted focus groups with job seekers (and recent job seekers) to find out about their experiences of Job Network assistance.
The focus groups were carried out for DEEWR by Eureka Strategic Research. To recruit people to the focus groups, Eureka Strategic Research used an organisation called Taylor Research Services.
All information collected will be treated confidentially, only used for research purposes and will not affect, in any way, employment services or payments people are receiving.
