Employment Services IT System Consultation
Consultation Strategy
Provider consultation for the Employment Services IT Systems development will be delivered via a combination of publicly accessible web conferencing sessions (using the Department's existing Live Meet technology), and a number of face to face sessions. In addition, an Employment Services IT Advisory Group will meet over the course of the consultation timeframe to review and advise on progress of the development of the Employment Services IT System.
The minutes from these meetings will be distributed to the members of the Advisory Group for endorsement and will subsequently be published on both the DEEWR workplace website (which is a public website, and therefore open to candidate new entrants to the contracted employment services market, as well as existing employment services providers), and the existing DEEWR provider web sites.

Terms of Reference
During the course of 2008-09 DEEWR will be redeveloping its Employment Services IT system to address new employment services policy requirements as well as Employment Service Provider (ESP) business needs in terms of operational support and ease of use.
